Because our kits contain multiple items, returns may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
